Q: Where is Valle Andino Coffee from?
A: Our coffee is grown on our own high-altitude farm in Loja, Ecuador. We focus on small micro-lots and specialty-grade beans that reflect the true character of our land.

Q: Do you really own the farm?
A: Yes. Valle Andino is farm-direct. We own and operate our farm in Loja, Ecuador, which means no middlemen — just quality coffee straight from our land to your cup.

Q: What makes your coffee different?
A: Our coffees are specialty-grade (85+), grown at high altitude, carefully processed, and roasted fresh. Because we control the process from farm to roast, we deliver cleaner flavor and better consistency.

Q: What types of coffee do you offer?
A: We offer a range of single-origin coffees including Geisha, Sidra, and Typica varieties, as well as curated sample packs so you can explore different profiles.

Q: How fresh is your coffee?
A: All coffee is roasted in small batches and shipped fresh to ensure peak flavor when it reaches you.

Q: Do you ship in the United States?
A: Yes. We currently ship across the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We currently ship specificly to: Canada, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Isreal, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, Vatican City

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions?
A: Yes. You can subscribe to receive your favorite coffee on a regular schedule. Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or canceled anytime from your account.
